We produce a range of photographic backscenes for modellers branded as id Backscenes and available from International Models (www.internationalmodels.net) and many local model shops.
New backscenes are planned and will be added as they become available.

Several of the backscenes can be produced in N gauge for the smaller model and O gauge for the larger layout. They can also be printed onto waterproof material for use outdoors. Please feel free to call us if you have a specific project in mind or if you have any suggestions for new backscenes.

We can also turn your own photographs into backscenes but we are not able to carry out photographic assignments to gather specific images.

Backscenes can be fitted using spray glue, dilute PVA or wallpaper paste but the adhesive should be applied to the backing board and allowed to dry a little before fixing the backscene to prevent the paper from becoming wet.

Building Materials

In addition we are developing a series of self-adhesive building material papers to allow you to quickly and easily create realistic buildings without the mess of using glue. These will be packed 10 sheets to an outer and available very shortly.
