Discounts

The discount structure is based on the order value before carriage and VAT as under:

Over £100 = 5%
Over £200 = 10%
Over £300 = 15%
Over £500 = 20%

Discounts on larger orders are by negotiation.

For regular customers we operate a minimum discount system based on average monthly turnover. Please enquire for further details.

Fulfilment Service

If you sell your work through a web site we can ship your prints and frames directly to your end customer in your name. We create a delivery note containing your details and we remain invisible. There is no additional charge for this service.

Archive Service

Your images can be stored on our archive system so that you do not have to resubmit the image every time you need a print. They are stored as originals and as print ready files so that image processing is usually not required prior to printing. This keeps our costs down so that we do not have to charge for this facility.

Quality Control

Your finished work is carefully inspected prior to despatch and packed to survive the rigours of being shipped. In the event that the work is defective due to a production issue or damage during transit we will replace the item free of charge.

Damaged parcels must be reported to us immediately so that we can claim against the carrier and should be refused and returned to sender if they are obviously damaged on delivery. We may ask for a digital photograph of the damage or request that the damaged item be returned to us.

During processing prints may "shrink" slightly. We work to a tolerance of 1% on the size of your print. If you are stretch framing your own canvases you should enlarge the image by 0.2 inches or 5mm to allow for the image to cover the edges of the frame.

However, we cannot accept liability for minor colour differences, for faults in your image or for your failure to provide precise instructions.
